Our surface grinder / refacer has the ability to machine both Aluminium and Cast Iron.                            

Various valve seat cutting machines give us the ability to machine 3 angle seats and valve seat inserts (lead free conversions or seat repairs) on various different applications from single cylinder motorbike to heavy commercial heads.                                                                                      

Our crank grinder has the capability of grinding mains and big end journals. 

We provide many more services including wheel bearing removal, conrod small end bearing change, flywheel / brake disk machining, valve guide supplied and fitted, pressure test cylinder head, crack detecting crankshafts and many more.
